The agreement governs information materials published on www.hankotrade.com and related channels. It applies to information, published on the Company's Web-server (site), or broadcast, disseminated, or published via other information channels.
Intellectual Property
The Company logo is a registered trademark and is protected by respective legislation, particularly by the International Trademark Law.
Copyright protections extend to third-party materials and Company-created content per international law.
Basic Definitions
Web-server (site): Software and hardware system providing information with or without authorization requirements.
Trading Server: System providing authorized financial data and economic news.
Information usage: Includes viewing data using software installed on Client's hardware and converting, copying, duplicating, or transferring to other carriers.
Client Responsibilities
Users must:
- Provide precise, actual and full personal information during registration.
- Not attempt third-party registrations.
- Maintain security of passwords and credentials.
- Comply with copyright and intellectual property laws.
- Not use software to disrupt server operations.
- Accept full responsibility for account activities.
- Avoid publishing threatening, abusive, or discriminatory content.
Company Responsibilities
The Company commits to providing actual, precise, full, timely, consistent and useful information while maintaining rights to modify services, adjust content quality, and set pricing.
Amendments and Acceptance
The Company reserves the right to amend and addition this agreement at anytime. Client acceptance confirms understanding of stated conditions.
Geographic Restriction
Company does not accept clients from USA, UK.
